About Us

We are Property Investors in the North East of England. My husband and I are Landlords and  have managed properties for over 10 years. We have purchased and renovated properties over the last 20 years and self managed the Barn conversion of our family home in County Durham.

We are currently carrying out a renovation of our next Investment property in Darlington and always  looking for our next property and Investment Partner.

My background is across several areas including Hospitality, Insurance, public sector  and most recently Money Advice. Whilst my husband has spent over 25 years Project Managing within the construction industry.

We have a passion for property, renovation and creating beautiful spaces for people to live in.

Our spare time is spent with our two beautiful children, enjoying family time exploring the countryside, the coast and visiting new places.
